In the municipality of Villa Lagarina, Lago Cei is a quiet mountain lake about 900 meters above sea level, in the middle of the protected area of Pra dell'Albi – Cei.

Lake Cei is a lovely spot, with coloured water lilies and beech trees. The tranquility of this alpine lake, surrounded by greenery, century-old beeches and fir trees and rich aquatic vegetation will enchant you. On its banks bloom coloured water lilies, one of which is the rare blue iris. The shades of the water lilies and cane thickets blend with the colorful feathers of wild ducks. The Stivo-Cornetto-Bondone mountain chain dominate the northwestern part of the valley of Cei. A quiet walk through the woods, will bring you to Malga Cimana, the most beautiful panoramic viewpoint to see the entire Vallagarina.
